From 19 to 22 October 2026, CB will be waiting for you at HOTEL in Bolzano for four days dedicated to hospitality and professional catering.
An event where innovation, technology and food culture come together and where CB, in collaboration with Gran Chef Premium Food, will introduce a new approach to quality cooking.
THE FORMULA FOR QUALITY
The undisputed star of the stand will be FORMULA grill, the automatic infrared grill that combines two different cooking technologies in a single solution: on one side, contact heat from the plate/grill, delivering a simply perfect sear; on the other, modulated infrared, which energises the plate/grill and penetrates deep into the food, preserving its juices and flavours.
ONE FORMULA, ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES
With “Express Cooking” mode, FORMULA grill enhances flavours and preserves food quality, while the standard grill creates a unique texture. Ideal for cooking meat, fish, vegetables and much more.
With “Multi-zone” mode, up to 4 recipes can be recalled and run simultaneously, providing greater flexibility during service.
“Snack” mode, on the other hand, is designed to serve sandwiches, toast, wraps and much more in just a few minutes. The result? Delicious, irresistible snacks: hot on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Thanks to a variety of pre-installed recipes, FORMULA grill also delivers consistent, repeatable results. But that’s not all! For those who love to experiment, it offers the freedom to customise, duplicate or create new recipes by adjusting the number of phases, infrared intensity and cooking time.
PUTTING TECHNOLOGY TO THE TEST
At HOTEL, we won’t just tell you about FORMULA grill: we’ll put it to the test.
These four days will be the perfect opportunity to see FORMULA grill in action, discover how conduction and infrared can revolutionise fast cooking, taste the results and talk to our team about new opportunities for your business.
Because every kitchen has different needs. The solution starts with the right FORMULA. We look forward to seeing you at HOTEL 2026, from 19 to 22 October – Hall CD, Stand C19/38.
